For as long as she can remember, Amy has always been into “creative stuff” in general, from writing stories to trying to carve something out of a piece of wood. She always thought she would end up becoming an author or a journalist. She never knew that she could really “be” an artist or make career out of trying to become one...

As it turned out she interned with a great newspaper and enjoyed it, but she knew that she wouldn’t like writing if the subject matter wasn’t something she was passionate about. Even so, she was set to go to the big university and major in English and do what she thought she “had” to do. Luckily for her, God had a different plan, one that would involve her talents, but in a different way. Just weeks before her first semester of college, a huge door was opened before her– an opportunity to intern for a fabulous graphic design and production house, Music Services Unlimited.

After some consideration and several heart to hearts with family and friends, she decided she had no choice, she had to take the internship. What a wise choice! Amy still says that was her best career move yet! Along with the invaluable lessons she learned at MSU, she also attended the near by Tech School, Nashville State Technical Institute, and learned all the goods necessary to make a great graphic designer, something that she didn’t even knew existed at one point!

After years of cutting out magazine clippings and pasting them together in journals, discussing the importance of a great CD booklet, and all that time spent in high school art classes Amy has finally figured out her place in this big old world- to be a great artist. Whether it be digital or painted on the canvas, she strives to make every piece she designs to be the best it can be.
